Duties Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing to create a solid foundation for remodeling projects. Install plumbing fixtures, electrical components, lighting, and ventilation systems in accordance with safety standards and building codes. Execute tile laying, flooring installation, cabinet mounting, glass installation, and trim carpentry to enhance aesthetic appeal. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials such as concrete, stucco, masonry, and wood. Manage construction site activities including heavy equipment operation, scaffolding setup, and site safety inspections. Ensure all work complies with quality standards through construction inspection practices; maintain detailed documentation throughout each project phase. Skills Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring, caulking techniques, and drywall finishing. Experience with concrete forming, masonry work, restoration projects, and heavy equipment operation. Skilled in various carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, door hanging, trim carpentry, roofing, and cabinetry installation. Familiarity with construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently across teams. Ability to use a wide range of hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and site inspection procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
