In this role, you will play a vital part in executing a variety of construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of building structures, restorations, and remodeling efforts across diverse sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that demand precision, teamwork, and a passion for construction excellence. Responsibilities Erect metal buildings and framing structures according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings Install rebar and perform concrete forming, finishing, and placement with precision Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to guide project execution Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently Execute masonry tasks including stucco, siding, roofing, plastering, and trim carpentry with attention to detail Perform framing using metal studs and wood framing techniques while ensuring dimensional accuracy Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols on-site Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills such as woodworking and dimensional measurements Manage site safety procedures, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely project progression Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction work Familiarity with construction plans involving metal stud framing, siding, stucco, restoration or remodeling projects Basic math skills for measurements and calculations on-site Hands-on experience in rebar installation, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and drywall work Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Valid construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and technical competence Join our team if you're passionate about building high-quality structures!
