We specialize in custom showers, tile installation, flooring, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and residential finish work. We are a growing team looking for an experienced remodeler, not entry-level labor. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeler with a strong background in residential remodeling and cabinet installation. This position is for someone who can work independently , follow task lists, and deliver consistent, high-quality work. This role includes hands-on remodel work as well as assisting tile crews with demolition and tile installations between projects. Tile experience is a plus, and training is provided. This is not an entry-level position. Prior residential remodeling experience is required. Responsibilities Perform full bathroom and kitchen demolition and rebuilds Install cabinets, trim, baseboards, and interior finish carpentry Repair and install sheetrock, tape, texture, and paint Perform light framing and general carpentry Assist with tile installation and prep work when needed Assist with demolition between remodel and tile projects Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Worksite Expectations Follow daily task lists and complete work on schedule Maintain professionalism while working in clients' homes Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Communicate clearly with the office, crew members, and homeowners Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience Strong skills in: Finish carpentry Cabinet and baseboard installation Sheetrock, taping, and texturing Painting Light framing Tile or flooring experience is a plus (willing to train) Tools & Transportation Must have your own basic remodeling tools Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs (tools, materials, demo debris, tile) Professional Requirements Reliable, honest, and punctual Able to work independently or with a helper Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Good communication skills English required; bilingual is a plus Who This Job Is For An experienced remodeler who takes pride in quality work Someone dependable who shows up ready to work every day A self-starter who works well independently A team player willing to assist tile crews when needed Someone who respects clients' homes and maintains a clean job site
