Job Title:

Module Repair and Refurbishment Technician Job Description Join our team in repairing and refurbishing modules primarily used in school and business office settings. We seek individuals who possess a strong sense of urgency and can work safely and independently. Hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, with potential summer hours starting at 5am. Flexibility with hours is required. Dress code includes steel toe boots, work pants, and a t-shirt; the company provides safety glasses and gloves. Responsibilities Work with hand and power tools to perform necessary repairs. Maintain a clean shop environment and clean trailers, including floors, walls, and counters. Assist and train in servicing and refurbishing tasks. Inspect and perform basic wiring for electrical systems. Scrape and seal roofs as needed. Clean windows, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and doors. Perform carpentry repairs on floors, walls, roofing, siding, windows, and fixtures. Maintain cleanliness of the working area, including the lawn, parking lot, and building. Conduct regular inventory checks and orders. Attend regular safety meetings and prioritize safety in all tasks. Essential Skills Ability to work with hand and power tools. Carpentry knowledge and skills. Knowledge of computers. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Capability to operate a floor buffer. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic hand tools such as a hammer, screwdrivers, wrench set, and tape measure are required. Experience in electrical, plumbing, and welding is a plus. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, repair, minor electrical, and HVAC is advantageous. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fontana, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
