Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, (60+ hours/week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with both wood and metal framing experience to support renovation and construction projects. This role will involve framing work as well as assisting with demolition and site preparation. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, is comfortable working with multiple framing materials, and can safely perform demolition tasks while maintaining quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform wood and metal stud framing for commercial or commercial construction projects Must have at least 4 years carpentry expereince Must have OSHA 10 or willing to obtain Assist with demolition of walls, framing, and other structural components as required Measure, cut, and install framing materials according to project specifications and drawings Install blocking, backing, and other structural supports Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and other carpentry equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area, including debris removal during demolition Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE Work collaboratively with other trades and supervisors to meet project timelines
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States Reliable transportation to the job site Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
