No professional carpentry experience is required—we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to build a career in construction, we'll provide the training. What You'll Learn Our experienced team will train you to: Repair termite and dry rot damage Remove and replace fascia boards Install exterior trim and finish carpentry Repair and rebuild patio covers Replace support posts and structural framing Perform roofing and roof repair work Install and repair gutters Safely operate power tools and construction equipment Deliver quality workmanship while providing outstanding customer service Every day is different as we help homeowners restore and protect their homes.
