Assist in framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to bring architectural plans to life Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently across various job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute tasks accurately Perform heavy lifting, material fabrication, and rebar installation for foundational work Support restoration projects including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, flooring, and roofing components with precision Prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, mixing concrete, or applying caulking and waterproofing materials Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of carpentry disciplines such as framing, trim carpentry, or metal stud framing Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and basic fabrication techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights on roofing or scaffolding, and performing repetitive tasks Knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and restoration industry standards Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in tasks like tile laying or fixture installation Prior experience in remodeling, flooring installation, plumbing, electrical work or masonry is a plus Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute to innovative construction projects!
