Construction Lead

We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Construction Leads to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our construction operations and ensuring projects are completed with excellence.

Position Summary:

As a Construction Lead, you will work with and guide other team members at various construction sites. Projects may include home remodels, additions, new construction, and maintenance repairs. You will collaborate closely with the construction team and report directly to the Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

? Use your experience and skillset to support the construction team across multiple job sites. Perform general home remodeling tasks such as: Drywall installation and repairs Painting Flooring installation Demolition and debris removal Cabinet installation Window installation Appliance installation Complete wood repair tasks including removing or replacing damaged fascia, patching, sanding, and painting. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Provide guidance or direction to team members as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

What You Will Bring:

Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant construction experience and the following skills: ? Strong knowledge of general construction practices ? Ability to read and follow instructions or basic plans ? Skilled in the use of both powered and non-powered tools ? Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills ? Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
