This is a hands-on position working on residential and commercial projects. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are willing to learn, and can work safely as part of a team. Duties Install stairs, handrails, balustrades, trim, molding, doors, and other finish carpentry items. Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood components according to plans and job requirements. Use common hand and power tools for carpentry and installation work. Assist with stair framing and general finish carpentry. Follow basic job-site safety procedures and use tools properly. Safely load, unload, and move construction materials. Keep the work area clean and organized. Work with the crew to complete projects on schedule and maintain good workmanship. Requirements Some experience in carpentry, stair installation, construction, or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Basic ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to read measurements and follow basic instructions. Ability to safely lift and move construction materials. Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Basic personal hand tools suitable for carpentry work. Tools & Transportation Employees are expected to havereliable transportation to job sites and basic hand tools. Power tools and specialized equipment may be provided depending on the project and position.
