This is a hands-on leadership role working on detailed, design-driven homes where quality matters. This is a "bags on" leadership role. You'll be managing crews, coordinating with project teams, and working in the field alongside your team daily.

What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day field operations on custom home projects Perform both rough and finish carpentry as needed ("bags on" role) Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, and designers to ensure project alignment Run jobsite meetings and communicate progress updates daily Utilize Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft tools for tracking and reporting Maintain schedules, ensure quality control, and keep projects moving forward Oversee jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of experience as a Lead Carpenter or Foreman in custom residential construction Strong background in both rough and finish carpentry Proven experience working on high-end or custom home builds Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office tools Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and architectural details Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and design teams Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in craftsmanship
