Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpentry crews on multiple construction sites, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. Review blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to interpret project requirements accurately. Manage daily site operations, including material procurement, crew assignments, safety protocols, and quality control measures. Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations across all job sites. Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, monitor costs, and manage contracts effectively. Facilitate communication among management teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Review construction drawings and technical documents for accuracy; supervise blueprint reading sessions with team members. Requirements Proven experience in heavy commercial construction projects with a minimum of several years in supervisory roles such as foreman or lead carpenter.construction Extensive hands-on experience in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and managing construction schedules. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards on-site. Excellent communication skills for clear management reporting and crew supervision; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
