Carpenter BBC Construction - 4.1 San Rafael, CA Job Details Full-time $30 - $40 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Management Cutting Roof waterproofing English Driver's License Construction plans Wood frame structures Laser levels Window installation New installations carpentry Door installation Woodworking Full Job Description Under the direction of the Lead Carpenter or Foreman, the Carpenter is responsible for assisting in job construction including framing and finish carpentry, managing field labor and materials, jobsite safety, and accurately track time.

Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge:

5-7 years experience as carpenter, min 10 years in construction Proficient use of all tools per mid-level Carpenter requirements Able to layout for cutting roof, floor joists, floor & wall framing, stairs Able to plumb, line and square framing Layout with laser for level, square, and grades Window installation with Company Waterproofing Procedure Door installation Ability to work independently Able to complete task list in the order given Basic plan reading ability, identify measurements, layout, ability to use a scale and identify basic scope of work. Able to communicate with Lead Carpenter and Foreman Basic knowledge of other trades Must be able to speak English (Spanish is an asset) Clean DMV record and valid Drivers license Must provide own hand tools, tool bags per attached Must provide own transportation to and from jobsite

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
