Carpenter Job Description We are seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our team at a prestigious institution in Maryland. This role involves overseeing and managing remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee and manage remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Perform or coordinate tasks such as framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties. Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing, metal framing, and general carpentry. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in drywall or framing in residential or commercial settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in finish carpentry is advantageous. Additional carpentry experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
