Climate‑controlled Responsibilities Perform rough & finish carpentry in a shop environment Read and follow blueprints & technical drawings Measure, cut, and assemble using tape measure & hand tools Install drywall & structural components Inspect work for quality & accuracy Maintain a clean, safe workspace Requirements Carpentry experience (construction or shop) Strong blueprint reading skills Accurate use of measuring tools Experience with hand tools & carpentry equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Why Join? 4-day workweek (long weekends!)
