Full-time We're looking for a dependable Concrete Carpenter / Small Equipment Operator to join a growing crew in the Commerce City area. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working in the field and can jump between concrete work and operating smaller construction equipment. What you'll be doing: Assist with concrete construction, forming, layout, and finishing Set and remove concrete forms Perform general labor and site preparation as needed Operate small equipment such as mini excavators and skid steers Load, move, and place materials around the jobsite Help with excavation, grading, trenching, and cleanup Use hand and power tools safely Follow plans, measurements, and jobsite instructions Maintain a safe and organized work area What we're looking for: Previous concrete, carpentry, or construction experience Experience operating a mini excavator, skid steer, or similar equipment Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on Ability to work effectively as part of a crew A great fit for this role would be someone who can operate equipment but isn't afraid to get out of the machine and help with the physical side of the job.
