Opportunities for advancement for a motivated individual. In this role, you will assist in the assembly, installation, and finishing of structural frameworks for various building projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of residential renovations, additions, and new construction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your carpentry skills while working on diverse construction sites, ensuring safety and quality at every step. Duties Assist in framing structures using wood and other materials according to blueprints and schematics Prepare and measure materials accurately using hand tools, power tools, and dimensional measurements Help with concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing tasks as needed Participate in siding, roofing, and trim carpentry projects to enhance building exterior and interior finishes Operate heavy equipment safely when required for lifting or moving heavy materials Follow construction plans closely while interpreting technical drawings for precise assembly Requirements Must have Valid Clean Drivers License Reliable Transportation Basic Hand and power tools Proven construction site experience with a focus on framing, siding, or carpentry work Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Experience with framing, siding, window, doors, cabinets, trim, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, or roofing Strong understanding of construction plans including framing Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards Join our team if you're eager to build your career in construction!
