Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures across a variety of projects. Your expertise in framing, finishing, and working with different materials will be essential to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse construction projects, from commercial buildings to remodeling initiatives, ensuring safety, precision, and craftsmanship at every step. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, drywall, stucco, siding, and other building materials using hand tools and power tools Perform framing work including metal stud framing and dimensional measurements for accurate construction Erect metal buildings and structures with precision and adherence to safety standards Install rebar for concrete reinforcement and assist with concrete forming and finishing processes Conduct roofing, drywall installation, plastering, masonry work, and restoration projects as needed Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation or material handling during construction or remodeling projects Manage on-site tasks such as heavy lifting, site cleanup, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Read construction plans thoroughly to interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate execution Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry or related construction roles with a strong understanding of building techniques Proficiency in using hand tools such as tape measures, saws, hammers, levels, and squares; familiarity with power tools is essential Knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, drywall installation, siding, stucco work, and remodeling processes Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in construction tasks Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites is preferred Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail combined with a commitment to safety standards Join our team today if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to build exceptional structures! Pay:
$30.65 - $36.91 per hour
