A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL NURSE NAVIGATOR

This is a full-time nursing position working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. As our Clinical Nurse Navigator, you'll help ensure patients receive coordinated, efficient, and compassionate care. You'll assess patient needs, review clinical information, prepare charts for consultations and procedures, and collaborate with providers and care teams to promote clinical readiness.
