Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule and supervise on-site construction activities to meet project milestones. Lead and coordinate carpentry crews, subcontractors and vendors while enforcing safety protocols. Maintain quality control, inspect work, troubleshoot issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman or Carpenter on custom residential projects; strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Compensation & benefits:

Carpenters/Foremen:

$35-48/hour (based on experience);

Superintendents:

$48-65/hour (based on experience). Benefits include
