About Us LuxBuild Entry Door is a high-end custom entry door manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in premium-quality doors and craftsmanship, and we're looking for dependable, skilled individuals to join our team. Job Description We are hiring a skilled carpenter with at least 2 years of industry related experience. This role involves working with high-end materials and assisting in the production and handling of custom entry doors. If fit, the person can transition into a managerial role to become the operations manager. Responsibilities Use shop tools (drills, saws, sanders, measuring tools) with precision Assist in door assembly, finishing, and preparation Handle and move materials within the warehouse Read measurements and follow production specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures Requirements Experience with woodworking tools (required) Construction or carpentry background (strongly preferred) Attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience with woodwork, door/window manufacturing, or millwork Familiarity with power tools and shop equipment Forklift experience (a plus) What We Offer Competitive pay: $25-$32/hour (based on performance) Overtime available Stable, long-term opportunity Work with high-end custom products Growth opportunities within the company
