Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Framer/Trim Carpenter and play a vital role in bringing building projects to life! As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and assembling structural frameworks that form the backbone of residential buildings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of construction skills, and contribute to creating durable, high-quality structures. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately build frameworks. Execute framing tasks such as wood framing, trim carpentry, and dimensional measurements with accuracy. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, assemble, and lift materials into place. Install siding, stucco, roofing components, and perform masonry work to enhance building exteriors. Perform trim carpentry including installation of moldings, baseboards, and door frames. Use hand tools like tape measures for precise measurements. Assist with heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and building codes. Experience Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing or related trades are a plus. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately are a plus. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures on active job sites. Basic math skills including measurements and calculations necessary for precise construction work. Experience working with construction plans for remodeling or restoration projects is a plus. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on-site; ability to work at heights safely. Ability to work in Florida weather conditions. Pay:
