Key Responsibilities:

Install dock framing, decking, seawall panels, and hardware Operate power tools, water pumps, compactors Set basic pilings and assist in leveling and anchoring Read basic blueprints or construction drawings Train and mentor entry-level crew

Requirements:

1-3 years of marine or general carpentry experience Familiarity with materials and equipment used in residential marine construction Strong work ethic and understanding of safety practices

$45,000•$65,000/year
