This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects, bringing craftsmanship and hands-on expertise to every task. As a key contributor, you will assist in building, remodeling, and restoring structures while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. This paid position is ideal for individuals passionate about construction, woodworking, and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements. Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, siding, and fixture installation. Assist with heavy lifting of construction materials such as wood, drywall, siding, and other building supplies. Perform tasks related to rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and water damage restoration. Contribute to remodeling projects by installing doors, windows, cabinetry, tile laying, and mold remediation efforts. Follow power tool safety protocols while using woodworking machines and power tools for precise craftsmanship. Support the team in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of residential carpentry and general building practices. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to carpentry and woodworking tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites. Strong commitment to safety standards including power tool safety protocols.
