Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Use hand tools and power tools safely for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, siding installation, and fixture mounting Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction site activities Install doors, windows, moldings, stucco, siding, and other finishing components with attention to detail Execute rebar installation, plastering, tile laying, caulking, and water damage restoration as needed Operate woodworking machines responsibly to craft custom wood components for residential projects Assist with remodeling efforts, including drywall installation, mold remediation, and water damage repair Follow safety protocols related to power tool operation and construction site regulations to maintain a secure work environment Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on carpentry or woodworking in residential settings Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for woodworking and framing tasks Knowledge of construction materials such as wood, siding materials, drywall compounds, and water-resistant products Experience with fixture installation, door hanging, trim carpentry, and siding application preferred Familiarity with safety standards related to power tools and heavy lifting procedures Strong physical stamina for demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights if necessary Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a tangible impact!
