Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory Support office management activities including calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading Assist with client communication, follow-up correspondence, and customer support inquiries Utilize computer skills to update records in QuickBooks and other office management tools as needed Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in person and over the phone Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, office management software, and general computer literacy Prior front desk or administrative experience preferred; personal assistant experience is advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist to make a lasting first impression while supporting our office's operational excellence.
