Overview We are a tile retailer seeking a motivated and skilled Fabricator / Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in carpentry, setting up displays, and updating our showrooms , with a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Cut, assemble, and install displays in our showroom locations. Operate hand tools, power tools for tile samples and displays, and operating machines safely and efficiently to complete display installation, and fixture mounting. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for tile and other flooring material. Assist with remodeling showrooms as instructed by showroom manager. Ensure adherence to power tool safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Support the inspection of warehouse material. Qualifications Proven experience in handling flooring material, carpentry, or related fields. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, drywall tools, tile cutters, plastering equipment, and woodworking machines. Strong understanding of safety practices including power tool safety standards. Ability to within a team of other fabricators / carpenters. Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing demanding tasks over extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
