Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Shutter Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of motorized shutters in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Shutter Installer will ensure that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Duties Measure and assess installation areas to determine the appropriate shutter sizes and types. Install shutters according to manufacturer specifications and company guidelines. Perform caulking and sealing to ensure weatherproofing and aesthetic appeal. Assemble and install fixtures related to shutter systems, ensuring proper functionality. Conduct frame carpentry tasks, including metal stud framing as needed for installations. Collaborate with clients to discuss design options and address any concerns during the installation process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering solutions regarding shutter installations. Handyman skills. Seasoned communicator and organized. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry, with a focus on remodeling or fixture installation preferred. Strong skills in caulking, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry are essential. Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus. Ability to assemble various shutter types and perform metal stud framing tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions as required by job sites.
