Job Title:

Food Runner Basic Purpose :

Prepare trays and deliver meals to guests in a friendly manner. Pop's management and ownership is 100% committed to guest satisfaction. All guests are warmly greeted and acknowledged. Guests that leave with great experiences are vital to the growth and expansion of the Pop's brand. They are significantly more likely to become repeat guests and offer recommendations to potential guests.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure that all plates are presented to company standard.
• Read tickets, pulls meals from the window in order specified on ticket.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitors all condiments, garnishes, hand wipes and take-out items.
• Stocks appetizer plates, soup spoons and bowls.
• Delivers food to guests in a polite manner.
• Informs a manager and server if guests have any issues when the food is delivered.
• Must have the ability to retain knowledge of all menu items.
• Maintains communication between kitchen and servers.
• Performs opening and closing duties.
• Performs all duties in adherence to all company standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Types:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
