Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Metal Framers with proven experience to oversee and coordinate a wide range of construction projects, specializing in metal and wood framing. Those with no experience as a Lead Commercial Metal Framer need not apply Responsibilities Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Manage the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding to maintain productivity and safety standards. Collaborate with project manager/superintendent through work phases effectively while monitoring progress and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in commercial and residential carpentry . Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation related to construction projects. Strong leadership skills Commercial Metal Framer will possess the expertise with the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for detailed craftsmanship across multiple disciplines.
