  • Posted on September 10, 2026 Published By Daniel Barnes Trillium Construction is now seeking a Carpenter Lead for a project starting ASAP at Disney's Magic Kingdom Theme Park.
This is a working lead position, with candidates expected to perform hands-on carpentry work while overseeing a small crew replacing a damaged deck and constructing a new deck using 2x6 lumber and plywood. Responsibilities include supervising daily work activities, ensuring quality workmanship, assigning tasks, maintaining productivity, and serving as the primary point of communication between the field crew and the Project Manager. The Carpenter Lead will be responsible for communicating material needs, equipment requests, and any jobsite issues to the Project Manager to help keep the project on schedule. No blueprint reading is required, as the work primarily consists of removing and replacing existing decking and structural components. The duration of the project is expected to be 2 months, working Monday through Friday, 9 hours per day. Pay is $30

  • Candidates must be comfortable working at heights, leading by example, operating hand and power tools safely, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards.
  • Candidates must provide their own basic carpenter hand tools, wear standard PPE, and a harness is preferred.
