Overview
NEED CLEAN BACKGROUND. REQUIRE DRIVERS LICENSE, SS CARD, BRITH CERTIFICATE, PASSPORT OR PROOF OR RESIDENCY.
We are seeking a highly skilled people to join our dynamic team. This role requires a dedicated professional with extensive experience in commercial carpentry, sttel work, installing cross overs and safety rails. remodeling, and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and the safe operation of various hand and power tools used in woodworking and framing, sttel and concrete work. .Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform commercial concrete, sttel and carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, siding installation, cross over installation, concrete drilling and more Operate hand tools and power tools safely. Install fixtures, mold remediation components, and perform stucco or siding applications Conduct heavy lifting and assembly of construction materials on-site Execute rebar installation, plastering, tile laying, and water damage restoration tasks with precision Utilize woodworking machines for precise cuts and shaping of wood construction materials Ensure adherence to power tool safety protocols during all phases of work Assist in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for accurate project execution Support remodeling projects by performing demolition, repairs, or upgrades as needed Engage in caulking, mold remediation, and other restoration industry-specific tasks to ensure quality standards Contribute to site safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and residential carpentry Extensive hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools for woodworking and framing Knowledge of wood construction materials such as siding, stucco, drywall, and trim components Familiarity with woodworking machines and technical drawing interpretation Strong background in construction site safety practices and heavy lifting techniques Experience with plastering, rebar installation, tile laying, fixture installation, and water damage restoration Ability to perform remodeling tasks including door hanging and fixture assembly Previous experience in the restoration industry or mold remediation is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality standards
