Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing, trim, siding, drywall, and other wood construction materials according to construction plans and technical drawings Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, including saws, drills, sanders, and other equipment safely and effectively Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for framing, siding installation, door hanging, fixture installation, and remodeling projects Maintain a clean and organized worksite by properly handling materials such as wood products and construction debris Follow all safety protocols related to power tool operation, site safety procedures, and hazardous material handling Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and carpentry projects Experience with residential carpentry including framing, trim work, drywall installation, and fixture mounting Familiarity with woodworking machines such as saws, planers, sanders, and other equipment Construction site experience with emphasis on safety practices related to power tools and heavy lifting Skilled in installing doors, siding, stucco finishes, mold remediation procedures, and remodeling tasks Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards Join our team today if you are passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute to high-quality building projects!
