In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise framing, finishing, and detailed carpentry work on residential projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring every detail aligns with technical plans and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new builds to remodeling and restoration jobs, contributing to the creation of beautiful, functional living spaces. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about craftsmanship and safety. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, trim work, and finishing details. Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing components using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Install interior and exterior doors, windows, millwork, cabinets, hardwood floors or equivilent and other wood construction materials with precision. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently on-site while adhering to all safety guidelines. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry or framing projects. Hands-on experience with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools for woodworking including drills and sanders; woodworking machines; and heavy equipment used in framing or siding installation. Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols including power tool safety standards is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during all phases of carpentry work.
