$14.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level About Us Sparkmans Home Solutions is a family-owned and operated home improvement, remodeling, property maintenance, and lawn care company serving Wildwood, The Villages, and surrounding Central Florida communities. We are looking for experienced, dependable, and motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are interested in growing with our company. Position We are hiring experienced individuals for residential remodeling, renovations, repairs, and property maintenance. This is not an entry-level position. Previous hands-on experience is required.

Work may include:

Flooring installation and removal Tile and backsplash installation Drywall installation, patching, and repairs Interior and exterior painting Baseboards, crown molding, trim, and casing Finish carpentry Cabinet installation Door and hardware installation Demolition General home repairs and improvements Property maintenance Punch-list and finishing work Job-site preparation, protection, and cleanup

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must: Have previous hands-on remodeling, construction, handyman, or property-maintenance experience Own their own basic hand and power tools Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license Be dependable and show up to work on time Be able to travel to different job sites throughout our service area Be able to work independently and as part of a crew Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working in customers' homes Take pride in quality workmanship Keep work areas clean and organized Be able to perform the physical requirements of remodeling and construction work Applicants who do not have experience, their own tools, and reliable transportation will not be considered. Pay $14.00-$30.00 per hour Starting pay is determined by your experience, skill level, capabilities, and demonstrated workmanship. Higher starting rates are reserved for applicants who can demonstrate strong experience across multiple areas of residential remodeling and can complete work with limited supervision.
