Job Description We are seeking hardworking and dependable Construction General Laborers to join our framing and construction team. In this role, you will assist with the construction and assembly of wood wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures for residential and commercial building projects. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to build a long-term career in the construction industry. You will work alongside experienced carpenters and construction professionals using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to complete framing projects safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Responsibilities Construct and assemble wood wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures. Measure, mark, and cut lumber and framing materials accurately. Operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and construction equipment safely. Follow blueprints, layouts, and direction from supervisors and lead carpenters. Perform saw cutting and material preparation for framing projects. Assist with preparation, cleanup, and maintaining an organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule. Follow all company safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately. Preferred Skills Previous construction, framing, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math. Strong work ethic and consistent attendance. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work well in a team environment. Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day. Additional Qualifications Experience with framing and saw cutting is a plus. Familiarity with reading blueprints and layouts is beneficial. Experience operating construction equipment is helpful. Interest in developing long-term construction and framing skills.
