Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from initial framing to finishing touches. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about construction and eager to contribute to diverse projects that challenge and develop their skills. Responsibilities Lead and participate in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately to guide project execution Install rebar, metal studs, siding, stucco, and perform framing tasks using hand tools and power tools effectively Execute masonry work including bricklaying, plastering, and trim carpentry to achieve high-quality finishes Operate various hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures for accurate dimensional measurements Collaborate with project managers on construction management tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique to prevent injury and ensure efficiency Assist with remodeling projects by interpreting technical drawings and executing detailed work plans Support site safety protocols by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to all safety regulations Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, framing carpentry, and siding installation Proficiency in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, woodworking, drywall trimming (trim carpentry), and metal stud framing Strong knowledge of welding techniques relevant to construction projects Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring devices with precision Experience with construction site management including safety practices and project coordination Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate construction work Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking on-site Familiarity with restoration projects involving stucco or siding repairs or replacements Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting technical instructions Join us as a where your craftsmanship will shape the future of our built environment.
