• Small business is looking for a reliable J ourneyman Carpenter experienced in Residential Construction from framing to finish.

We're looking for someone who is experienced and able to work unsupervised; also, we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to put it as much work as it takes to get the job done well and on time. • Required Education and Qualifications:

• Formal training required with 10 years experience.
• Hardworking, dependable and able to work well with others.
• Must have basic tools and reliable form of transportation.
• Must have 2 forms of identification.

Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to execute carpentry tasks in residential construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and framing. Perform frame carpentry, including the installation of structures and fixtures. Collaborate with team members on-site to maintain safety and efficiency.
