Job Description
We're Hiring at Multiple Skill Levels Serenity Home Transformations is growing our in-house installation crews, and we're looking for people at multiple experience levels — from developing installers with a solid construction background to highly experienced exterior remodeling installers who can independently handle projects and service work. This is not a no-experience or general laborer position. You don't have to know everything we do, and we're willing to train the right person on products or skills they haven't worked with before. However, applicants should already have hands-on construction, carpentry, remodeling, or installation experience and be comfortable working with tools. Pay is based on what you can actually do.
Pay Range:

Existing Homes Require Problem Solvers This is remodeling — not new construction. Existing homes aren't always square, level, dry, or built the way they're supposed to be. Sometimes you open something up and find rot. Sometimes somebody before you did it wrong. Sometimes the obvious solution isn't the right solution. Our installers need to be able to look at a problem, think through it, ask questions when necessary, and help determine how to fix it correctly. If you're experienced, that's the type of ability we're willing to pay more for. If you're still developing your skills, we want someone who already understands construction and is eager to learn how to handle more of these situations independently. What We ValueDo Quality Work We aren't interested in rushing through a project just to say it's finished. We want the customer to feel good about hiring us when we're done. Showing up consistently, being on time, and being ready to work matter. Treat People's Homes With Respect We're working at people's homes.
