Full Job Description Wodin Construction Pay:
Starting at $25/hour+ , based on experience Bonuses and performance-based raises
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM No nights or weekends About the Job Wodin Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Finish Carpenter who knows their craft and takes pride in clean, detailed work. If you're confident running finish work, can work independently, and help keep projects moving, we want you on our team. What You'll Be Doing High-quality finish carpentry on new construction, additons and remodels Installing trim, cabinets, doors, and custom finish details Custom woodworking and shop work Assisting with framing and other carpentry tasks as needed Keeping jobsites clean, safe, and professional What We're Looking For 3+ years of finish carpentry experience (required) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Comfortable working independently or leading a small crew Solid understanding of residential construction Own hand tools (power tools a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reliable, motivated, and professional Perks & Benefits Paid time off Holiday Pay Bonus pay opportunities Raises based on performance Steady, year-round work Small crew, no corporate nonsense
