Knowledge of all aspects is home remodeling is a plus. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements. Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently for framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, and other wood construction tasks. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks such as rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and roofing to support various phases of construction projects. Install fixtures including doors, cabinets, siding, moldings, and hardware with precision and attention to detail. Assist in restoration projects involving water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, siding replacement, or mold remediation. Support site preparation activities such as metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical wiring setup, plumbing rough-ins, and drywall finishing. Follow safety protocols related to power tool use (including power tool safety), scaffolding setup, heavy lifting techniques, and working at heights to ensure a secure work environment. Qualifications Proven construction experience with knowledge of residential carpentry and general building practices. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate project execution. Proficient with hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools used in woodworking and framing tasks. Must have your own tools. Must have valid driver's license. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions. Knowledge of safety standards related to power tools, scaffolding, rebar installation, and site safety procedures. Must have great work ethic and be a team player. Pay is based on experience.
