This position is ideal for someone with previous framing experience who is comfortable working with hand and power tools and wants to continue developing their carpentry skills. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of framing experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficient with common hand and power tools Basic understanding of residential framing and construction Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to perform physically demanding work Experience with windows, doors, siding, decking, or interior trim is a plus but not required Responsibilities Perform residential framing and general carpentry work Work alongside lead carpenters and other crew members to complete projects on schedule Follow plans, measurements, and instructions accurately Safely and properly operate hand and power tools Assist with window and door installation, siding, decking, trim, and other carpentry projects as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Take care of company tools and equipment Treat customers, coworkers, and job sites with respect We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn while continuing to build their carpentry skills.
