Job Summary Callahan Construction is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing team in Dubuque, Iowa . We are a locally owned and operated company that doesn't just build apartments—we build, own, and operate our own multifamily communities throughout Dubuque County and the surrounding area . That means steady, year-round work with projects you can take pride in for years to come.

What You'll Do:

Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general carpentry work on new multifamily apartment construction. Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, siding, and other finish materials. Read blueprints and construction plans. Work alongside project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Deliver quality craftsmanship with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use hand and power tools safely. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
