Sales Representative - Metro by T-Mobile (Dubuque, IA) Wireless Game Group, an authorized Metro by T-Mobile retailer We're looking for a dependable, professional Sales Representative who takes real ownership of our Dubuque store. You'll treat it like your own, keeping it clean, running it well, and taking care of every customer who walks in. If you like helping people, take pride in a clean, well-run store, and are driven to hit and beat your sales goals, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Lead with our best offers and promotions, then ask the right questions to show customers how more lines, devices, or accessories give them greater value. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Handle cash accurately. Count your drawer correctly at open and close, and keep it balanced every shift. Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers all day. This includes the sales floor, back room, and restroom. Track store supplies (receipt paper, pens, cleaning supplies, restroom supplies) and tell your manager when they're running low, before they run out. Communicate promptly and clearly with your District Manager by text or phone about issues, questions, and store needs. Process transactions in the POS system and help with inventory counts. Represent the brand professionally in how you speak, dress, and treat every customer. What We're Looking For Reliable transportation to and from the store. Ability to work your scheduled shifts consistently and on time, including evenings and weekends. Follows through on tasks and asks for help as soon as something isn't right, so issues get fixed properly the first time.

welcomes feedback and puts it into action right away. Team player who communicates well and works smoothly with coworkers during overlapping shifts. Learns quickly, retains product and process knowledge, and adapts fast when promotions change each week. Strong basic math skills and accuracy with cash. Professional, respectful language with customers and coworkers at all times. Retail, wireless, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you. High school diploma or equivalent. What You'll Get $14/hour plus uncapped commission. The more you sell, the more you earn.
