If you take pride in precision craftsmanship, professional residential transformations and working with a supportive, family-owned company, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Execute residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements and whole-home renovations. Perform layout, framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, door/window setting and custom finish carpentry with high attention to detail. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, trade partners and homeowners to keep projects on schedule and up to our strict quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site while respecting our clients' homes.

What We're Looking For Experience:

3+ years of professional residential carpentry or remodeling experience.

Craftsmanship:

Strong expertise in finish carpentry, framing, cabinetry and general remodeling trades.

Problem Solving:

Ability to read plans, trouble-shoot existing home conditions and take accurate measurements.

Tools & Transport:

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a core set of hand and power tools.

Professionalism:

Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and respect for clients and team members. You must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
