Job Description

We're hiring a highly motivated, hardworking Carpenter who shows up every day ready to learn and contribute. This role is perfect for someone with basic carpentry experience who wants to grow fast, stay consistent, and become a trusted part of a high performing team. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated to learn from a lead carpenter and build long‑term skills.

What You'll Do:

Assist with daily project tasks Learn new carpentry skills and techniques Support Carpenter 1 on jobsite needs and follow direction well Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and moving

What You Bring:

Extremely reliable, consistent attendance and follow-through Strong work ethic, you hustle, stay focused, and take pride in your work Motivated to grow, you want to get better every week Some carpentry experience or trade background Willingness to learn and take direction Valid driver's license
