About the Position B&T Construction and Remodels is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our team for residential framing, siding, remodels, and general construction projects. We are hiring both skilled carpenters/framers and entry‑level laborers with basic construction experience who are ready to grow within the trade. Responsibilities Framing walls, floors, roofs, and structural components Installing many types of siding Performing remodel and renovation tasks Installing windows Building decks and exterior carpentry structures Assisting with layout, measurements, cuts, and installation Reading and interpreting basic construction plans Following directions and completing assigned tasks accurately Jobsite preparation, cleanup, and material handling Working safely in a physically demanding environment RequirementsSkilled Workers Carpentry experience (framing, structural work, exterior/interior installs) Ability to install windows correctly and build decks to code Experience installing multiple siding types Ability to read construction plans and follow layout instructions Proficient with power tools and jobsite safety practices Accurate tape‑measure skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Entry‑Level Laborers Basic framing and/or carpentry experience required Must be a fast learner in a physically demanding jobsite setting Ability to follow directions and retain instruction Reliable attendance record Able to continuously lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits Year‑round work Opportunities for advancement into skilled roles Training provided for motivated individuals Competitive pay based on experience Health Insurance coming soon!
