Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee and coordinate construction projects with precision and enthusiasm. As a vital leader on our team, you will manage various aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead teams, interpret technical drawings, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews in finish trades, framing, masonry, roofing, siding, and restoration projects. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately. Oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools safely on-site while maintaining adherence to safety protocols. Manage project timelines by planning and scheduling tasks. Collaborate with clients and team members to interpret construction plans and schematics for seamless project execution. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in finish carpentry, tile, roofing, siding, and remodeling. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in dimensional measurements. Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across multiple trades such as welding and restoration projects.
