In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry, repair, and maintenance tasks across residential projects. Your expertise will help ensure that construction, renovation, and restoration projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering quality results Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and other carpentry tasks. Conduct heavy lifting and assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and reconditioning/restoration work. Install wood construction materials such as framing members, doors, windows, cabinets, and trim elements on residential sites. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards related to power tools and construction site protocols. Assist with miscellaneous handyman tasks including metal stud framing, assembly work, flooring upgrades, and general repairs as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of residential carpentry techniques. Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels as well as power tools for woodworking and framing. Knowledge of woodworking machines and materials used in wood construction projects. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures including power tool safety practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday. Experience with restoration industry projects or renovation work is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing precise measurements and installations. Valid experience in drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, tile laying or flooring installation is desirable.
