This energetic role offers hands-on experience in commercial remodeling projects. This position requires local and national travel with flexibilty in schedule to allow after hours work and weekend work as needed. As an entry-level professional, you will work closely with skilled team leads to learn essential techniques, operate various hand and power tools safely, and contribute to building high-quality structures. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable construction site experience, and grow within a supportive environment dedicated to craftsmanship and safety. Duties Operate hand tools safely and efficiently. Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently. Install wall hung display boards, assemble furniture, patch and paint any damaged drywall. Participate in heavy lifting tasks and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site. Follow all safety protocols related to power tool use, construction site safety, and material handling to maintain a secure work environment. Qualifications Basic understanding of carpentry principles. Eagerness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Prior construction site experience or handyman work is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards at all times. Willingness to learn new skills. This position requires local and national travel with flexibilty in schedule to allow after hours work and weekend work as needed . Background check and drug screen is required. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about building trades who are eager to develop their craft in a national fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
