We're looking for a dependable and skilled Carpenter / Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our properties and homes in great condition. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their tools, solving problems, and taking pride in quality workmanship. If you're a "can-do" person who doesn't mind getting your hands dirty and enjoys a variety of projects, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Perform general carpentry and maintenance repairs Build and repair stairs, decks, and other structures Perform concrete work and basic construction projects Complete jett/vac and related maintenance work Handle general property and home maintenance Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently Travel to different job sites within the Effingham and Neoga areas Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment What We're Looking For Previous experience in carpentry, construction, property maintenance, or general labor preferred Basic knowledge of tools, construction, and maintenance practices Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Dependable, punctual, and responsible Good problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors Willingness to travel between job sites as needed Why Join Us?
